We are looking for full-time MBA students (3-6 years of experience) to join our Product Management team. As a Product Manager, you will work on complex high-tech problems by undertaking research and designing analysis. This is an excellent opportunity to get a taste of product management!
Product Management is a team sport at ServiceNow. We have Inbound and Outbound Product Managers.
- Inbound Product Managers: plan for and develop new products and future releases. Key responsibilities include: Set product vision & strategy, Define the roadmap, requirements & product success metrics, Develop and test innovative product ideas, Work closely with customers to understand their needs, Own detailed competitive analysis.
- Outbound Product Managers: enable Go-To-Market teams on product innovation and evangelize the product with customers and partners. Key responsibilities include: Enable our go to market partners, Define pricing & packaging, Provide best practice content and guidance, Package and deliver in-depth competitive analysis, Drive customer usage and adoption programs.
Additional responsibilities include: Support senior program managers and/or product managers, Work and collaborate directly with Product Design & Development Teams, Build familiarity with scrum process, Understand product strategy, Research and collect product requirements, Oversee the product or project timeline, Contribute to the complete product lifecycle, Understand the technical and business impacts of product decisions.
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes is a plus. Must be enrolled in an accredited university as a full-time student pursuing a MBA degree.
