At ServiceNow, we’re looking for students who want to learn and grow as Product Manager Interns.
Interns will participate in executive speaker series, workshops, and team-building activities.
Product Team Overview: Looking for full-time MBA students (3-6 years of experience) to join our Product Management team. Work on complex high-tech problems. Contribute to our overall business strategy.
Product Management is a team sport at ServiceNow.
Inbound Product Managers: plan for and develop new products. Generate a product roadmap. Key responsibilities include:
- Set product vision & strategy
- Define the roadmap, requirements & product success metrics
- Develop and test innovative product ideas
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs
- Own detailed competitive analysis
Outbound Product Managers: enable Go-To-Market teams on product innovation. Key responsibilities include:
- Enable our go to market partners
- Define pricing & packaging
- Provide best practice content and guidance
- Package and deliver in-depth competitive analysis
- Drive customer usage and adoption programs
Additional responsibilities include supporting program managers, collaborating with design & development teams, building familiarity with scrum, researching product requirements, overseeing product timelines, and understanding the impacts of product decisions.
Experience: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. Pursuing a MBA degree in Product Management Engineering, Business Management, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Graduating Spring/Summer 2027 preferred.
