QAD is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to work on a temporary basis (3-6 months) to immediately support our global hiring initiatives. This is a pivotal role where you'll be instrumental in rapidly attracting, engaging, and securing top-tier talent across critical functions including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Consulting in the USA, EMEA, and potentially Mexico.
What You'll Bring:
- Quickly take ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse and demanding portfolio of roles.
- Partner with hiring managers across multiple departments to swiftly understand job requirements.
- Develop and execute aggressive, innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active candidates globally.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience.
- Advise and coach hiring managers on interview best practices, candidate assessment, and real-time market trends within the software sector.
- Manage offer negotiations.
- Maintain impeccable and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in our recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
- Stay informed on recruitment trends, labor market conditions, and compensation benchmarks within the software industry across relevant geographies.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, with a significant and demonstrable focus on recruiting within a software company.
- Proven ability to quickly integrate into new organizations and hit the ground running, demonstrating rapid learning and adaptability.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for a broad mix of roles across multiple departments including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Consulting within a software context.
- Solid, hands-on experience recruiting in multiple geographies, specifically North America, Mexico and EMEA is a significant plus.
- High proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with direct experience using SmartRecruiters or a similarly advanced system.
- Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and other similar advanced sourcing tools/platforms.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities with urgency, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
