Temporary Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Quickly take ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse and demanding portfolio of roles.
• Partner with hiring managers across multiple departments to swiftly understand job requirements.
• Develop and execute aggressive, innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active candidates globally.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience.
• Advise and coach hiring managers on interview best practices, candidate assessment, and real-time market trends within the software sector.
• Manage offer negotiations.
• Maintain impeccable and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in our recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
• Stay informed on recruitment trends, labor market conditions, and compensation benchmarks within the software industry across relevant geographies.

• 5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, with a significant and demonstrable focus on recruiting within a software company.
• Proven ability to quickly integrate into new organizations and hit the ground running, demonstrating rapid learning and adaptability.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for a broad mix of roles across multiple departments including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Consulting within a software context.
• Solid, hands-on experience recruiting in multiple geographies, specifically North America, Mexico and EMEA is a significant plus.
• High proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with direct experience using SmartRecruiters or a similarly advanced system.
• Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and other similar advanced sourcing tools/platforms.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities with urgency, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
