Full-Time Staff Engineer

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience
• Hands-on experience in PHP development
• Strong expertise in OOP, MVC, and SOLID principles
• Deep understanding of PHP frameworks, particularly Laravel (including Eloquent ORM, Middleware, Blade, and Queues)
• Proficient in RESTful API development and third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, external APIs)
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases
• Expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Vue.js, or React.js
• Strong experience with version control systems like Git
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities:

• Writing and reviewing high-quality code
• Understanding client requirements and converting them into technical design
• Mapping decisions with requirements and translating them for developers
• Identifying and selecting optimal solutions
• Defining guidelines for non-functional requirements (NFRs)
• Writing and reviewing design documents
• Reviewing architecture and design (extensibility, scalability, security, etc.)
• Developing and designing solutions for functional and non-functional requirements
• Defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks
• Understanding technology integration scenarios
• Resolving code/design issues through root cause analysis
• Conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs)
