We are seeking a skilled Supplier Enablement Analyst for a contract role focused on virtual card spend analysis. The role requires expertise in spend file analysis, strategic supplier outreach, and data analytics using Excel and SQL.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze spend data to identify suitable suppliers for virtual card adoption.
- Perform near real-time spend analysis to enable "just-in-time calling" to suppliers.
- Analyze new supplier data for "continuous enablement" via virtual card.
- Utilize Supplier Enablement Platform, Excel, SQL queries, and other tools for spend analysis.
- Collaborate with customers, growth managers, campaign management team, supplier outreach team, and acquiring partners.
- Present spend data and support customer transitions to virtual card.
- Develop strategies for growing virtual card spend.
- Partner with acquiring partners (Boost, Billtrust, Adflex) for transitions.
Experience:
- 4-8 years experience in virtual card supplier enablement and campaign management.
- 4-8 years of spend analysis and supplier outreach experience.
- 4-8 years of experience with the US commercial card ecosystem.
Skills:
- Advanced data analytics skills, including SQL queries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Other requirements:
- Participation in internal and external video meetings.
- Ability to work onsite, as needed.
- Prolonged computer use/stationary work.
- Basic physical requirements (bending, reaching).
- Vision requirements (close vision, fluorescent lighting).
- Valid driver's license if travel is required.
