Job Details

Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temp) plays a vital role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

Works closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

Ensures smooth scheduling, candidate communication, document management, and system updating in alignment with service-level targets and recruitment KPIs.

Essential to a fast-paced recruitment team supporting high-volume hiring.

  1. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  2. Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview logistics, assessment details, and status updates.
  3. Perform timely and accurate data entry and maintenance in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
  4. Prepare and process pre-employment documents (background checks, contract preparation, and pre-onboarding).
  5. Maintain proper recruitment documentation complying with internal audit and data privacy standards.
  6. Support job postings, sourcing events, and talent marketing initiatives.
  7. Collaborate with recruiters for smooth operations and candidate experience.
  8. Assist in talent analytics reporting by consolidating recruitment performance data.
  • Excellent coordination, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook); knowledge of ATS or recruitment systems is a plus.
  • Professional, courteous, and service-oriented approach.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience: Preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination or any HR-related function. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.

Tenure: Temporary, 12-month contract (renewable based on performance and project continuation).
