Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temp) plays a vital role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.
Works closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
Ensures smooth scheduling, candidate communication, document management, and system updating in alignment with service-level targets and recruitment KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview logistics, assessment details, and status updates.
- Perform timely and accurate data entry and maintenance in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare and process pre-employment documents such as background checks, contract preparation, and pre-onboarding requirements.
- Maintain proper recruitment documentation in compliance with internal audit and data privacy standards.
- Provide support in job postings, sourcing events, and talent marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure smooth recruitment operations and candidate experience.
- Assist in talent analytics reporting by consolidating recruitment performance data.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Knowledge of ATS or recruitment systems is a plus.
- Professional, courteous, and service-oriented approach.
- High attention to detail and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- Preferably with 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination or any HR-related function.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.
Tenure:
- Temporary, 12-month contract (renewable based on performance and project continuation).
