POSITION DETAILS:
WHERE: REMOTE/WORK FROM HOME. Will work West Coast hours. An in office day to meet and shadow the agents is available if you'd like and are based nearby.
WHEN: 4 months, starting around 1/2/25. Ends around 5/1/25 Mon-Fri from 9:30AM-6:30PM PST, Minimum 2 days/week. You choose! Unpaid, but with opportunities to move up since we hire almost exclusively from within! College credit available.
MUST be positive & eager to learn about the entertainment business, and good with parents & children!
Looking for someone who is committed, detail-oriented, organized and eager to learn!
INTERN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reading and understanding casting breakdowns
- Email and Phone correspondence with clients
- Working with online accounts used by actors and casting (Actor's Access, Breakdown Express, LA Casting, Casting Frontier, Sides Express)
- Saving Talent paperwork and updating detailed spreadsheets
- Inputting confidential client information (inEntertainment)
- Helping the agents with various tasks as needed

SKILLS REQUIRED:
