Talent Operations Coordinator (Temporary):
We are seeking a temporary, full-time Talent Operations Coordinator for up to 6 months to support a critical hiring project.
Responsibilities:
- Administering tasks for the Talent Operations team
- Assisting with reporting on global recruiting activities
- Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers
- Following up with interview teams
- Supporting sourcing of candidates
- Assigning tests and challenges to candidates
- Maintaining Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Promoting employer brand and job openings
- Updating hiring teams and following up
- Supporting the new hire offer process
- Administering and processing background screens
- Engaging global new hires in onboarding
Qualifications:
- Expert-level skills in Greenhouse ATS
- 1+ year of prior Talent Coordinator experience
- Strong analysis, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience providing high-volume customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
