Full-Time Teacher

Catch22 is seeking a dedicated and innovative Teacher to join our Cloud22 Online School, supporting young people aged 13–16 with complex needs.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and manage high-quality learning programs tailored to individual students online and in person.
• Create engaging and inclusive lessons, track progress, and provide meaningful feedback.
• Produce and maintain Schemes of Work, ensuring teaching meets academic and pastoral needs.
• Manage classroom behavior and collaborate with colleagues, support staff, parents, and external agencies.

Qualifications:

• Recognised higher-level qualification and teaching experience.
• Willingness to work towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, equality, and health and safety requirements.
• Experience teaching young people with complex needs.

Desirable:

• Degree in a relevant subject.
• Experience in alternative education or with SEMH needs.

Additional Information:

• Full UK Driving License and access to a personal vehicle required.
• Contract: Permanent, Full time (37 hours per week), 52-week term.
• Salary: £32,411 — £38,000
