Contra is seeking a Technical Consultant to lead data optimization sprints.
Responsibilities:
- Lead 30-45 minute discovery and kickoff calls with clients.
- Complete a technical intake form.
- Identify inefficiencies in data warehouses, dashboards, or pipelines.
- Translate challenges into 1-2 focused engineering tasks.
- Prepare a sprint brief and highlight potential risks or blockers.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, or similar tools.
- Experience leading onboarding, consulting, or discovery calls.
- Structured, clear, and confident communication with leadership and engineers.
