Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders.
- Craft efficient, performant, testable, scalable, and secure client code.
- Participate in planning and estimation efforts.
- Gather requirements and present developed features.
- Engage in agile software development.
- Participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring others.
Team Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical decisions align with project goals.
Code Quality and Standards: Enforce coding standards, review code, and mentor team members.
Problem Solving and Technical Challenges: Address complex technical challenges and provide guidance.
Mandatory Skillsets Required:
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience/expertise in:
- FSD: Java (min Java11), Spring, Springboot, Microservices
- Javascript: Angular Framework, RxJS
- Other: CSS, Microservices, communications
- Experience in Agile software development methodologies and documentation.
- Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles.
- Good understanding of SOLID principles.
- Proficiency in English and good communication skills.
Additional experience Desired:
- Datacenter working background.
- Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles.
