Technical Portfolio Analyst (Intern) Role:
Part of ServiceNow Impact, personalizes customer digital transformation journeys on the Now Platform, accelerating time-to-value.
Responsibilities:
- Support creation and enhancement of Technical Accelerators portfolio.
- Enhance and maintain accelerator content (enablement & delivery materials) based on feedback or new platform capabilities.
- Support creation of Impact Technical Accelerators (engagement flows, delivery materials, technical automations).
- Conduct product research with internal partners to identify new technical accelerators.
- Support global Technical Consultants in delivering Technical Accelerators to customers.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar, graduating between Dec 2025 and June 2026.
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Passion for learning new areas of the Now Platform.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
- Ability to build relationships with customers, prospects, and colleagues.
- Ambitious, creative, customer-focused, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Organized, efficient, capable of multitasking and adapting to fast-paced environments.
- Basic understanding of cloud computing and SaaS (preferred).
- Previous internship experience (preferred).
