Job Details
Analyze, interpret large datasets and generate reports to extract meaningful customer insights to support business decisions, including sales funnel management, quotes, revenue, and forecasts.
Develop automation scripts for these processes.
Based on customer requirements, provide optimal solutions considering performance, schedule, and cost factors.
Gain in-depth knowledge of Phase-Lock-Loop (PLL) timing products and key timing specifications, such as jitter, phase noise, clock signaling types, and signal terminations for latest high-speed interconnects like 112G Serdes.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of industry interconnect standards for clocking, such as IEEE 1588 and PCIe.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on customer project priorities, developments, and shipments.
Respond to sales and customer inquiries regarding product pricing, schedule, forecasts, lifetime, and technical requests.
Collaborate with the corporate marketing team on product landing pages, sell-sheets, blogs, and other sales enablement tools.
Participate in and contribute to feature and schedule roadmap discussions.
Manage product lifecycle issues, including Product Change Notices and Product Discontinuation Notices.
Skills and Experience:
- Working towards a B.S. in Electrical Engineering (M.S. preferred), or related engineering field with MBA.
- Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal design concepts, preferred experience with PLL, clock, and timing devices.
- Experience with server, communications system, consumer electronics, or automotive applications preferred.
- Proficient in programming languages (Python, SQL, and Excel) and data visualization tools (Power BI).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to engineering challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Curiosity to understand real-world applications and apply technical specifications.
