Job Details
Technical Support for platform-related issues.
Responsibilities Include:
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving problems (account setup/configuration).
- Monitoring platform, system, and application performance/availability.
- Communicating with clients via phone, email, chat, or conference calls until issue resolution.
- Escalating unresolved issues to appropriate teams (Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers).
- Referring to internal/external resources for accurate technical solutions.
- Prioritizing and managing multiple open issues simultaneously.
- Working a 2-shift system.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and databases.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Providing step-by-step written/verbal technical assistance.
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman), Monitoring tools (Grafana), Remote Desktop Applications, and Helpdesk Platform (Freshdesk).
- Basic understanding of SQL queries and JavaScript programming.
