Technology Analyst - Contract Opportunity - Remote (EST time zone only)
About This Position: We are seeking a Technology Analyst to support and coordinate cross-functional stakeholder interactions and the product development process within Meta’s Privacy Program. You will assist in planning and adopting privacy initiatives, working closely with internal and external teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder interactions for effective product development and adoption.
- Prepare operational and leadership reports aligned with stakeholders.
- Track operational activities and monitor project performance.
- Identify program risks, and implement remediation actions.
- Perform data analysis to identify gaps and improve processes.
- Develop workflows for information capture from multi-tenant systems.
- Plan and manage internal/external events (workshops, meetings, conferences).
- Communicate program status, performance, risks, and mitigations to stakeholders.
- Streamline forecasting and distribution processes.
Skills/Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in program management, technology analysis, or related fields.
- Proven cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
- Strong data analysis skills, identifying gaps and driving improvements.
- Effective communication with internal/external stakeholders.
- Experience in event coordination.
- Proficiency in project management tools and practices.
- Ability to track activities and deliver timely reports.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with privacy programs and data protection.
- Experience developing and maintaining project plans.
- Familiarity with multi-tenant systems and developing scalable workflows.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
