Job Details
- Working on end user tickets, mostly Messaging and Citrix related.
- Accurate work with pre- and post-documentation.
- Keeping SLAs by ensuring quick ticket handling.
- Starting escalation procedure for critical issues.
- Improving the knowledge base and cooperating with other resolver teams.
- Extended office time coverage (8-hour shifts, 05:30-20:00).
- Work at least 100-140 hours per month, commitment to 20-25 hours/week.
- Active (or passive under 25) full-time student status for at least one year.
Advantage: basic German language skills
Requirements: Willingness to learn IT basics and work in overlapping shifts.
Student of faculty of IT or Engineering. ITIL, MS Office, MS365.
