We are seeking a Translator Support for Denmark to join our Support Office team. You will play a key part in helping our colleagues deliver an outstanding customer experience by ensuring that all internal communication materials are clearly translated.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate and Localize Content: Accurately translate and adapt various materials for internal channels, ensuring content is well-suited for the Danish market.
- Ensure Consistency in Tone of Voice: Maintain and apply H&M's tone of voice across all translated materials.
- Content Preparation and Proofreading: Prepare, proofread, and polish materials to ensure grammatical accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Assist in the Creation of Training Materials: Translate and support the creation of training programs.
- HR Support: Support the HR Team with additional tasks.
What you need to succeed
- Exceptional Danish and English skills
- Experience with Communication or Linguistic
- Passion for communication and writing
- Strong attention to details
- Confident in producing and translating content with short deadlines
- Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
This role requires 8 hours/weekly from our Support Office or remotely.
