Job Details
- Effectively manage small, mid-market, and large corporate clients during online banking systems upgrades.
- Provide efficient technical support, customer service, and sales assistance.
- Deliver virtual classroom training sessions for clients transitioning to new online banking platforms.
- Consult with clients to identify additional needs.
- Provide contact center support for commercial bank clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Complete Digital Conversion Professional training.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Understand and assist customers with NACHA files.
- Experience in online banking/wire transfer conversions.
- Technical assistance to clients with payment files (ACH, Wire, Positive Pay) in various formats (NACHA, delimited, fixed, etc.).
- Organize and conduct training sessions for companies.
- Manage client information portfolios.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Suite.
- B2B experience.
Education Required: BS in business/finance/accounting or equivalent experience
