Contractor UI Designer

Responsibilities:

• Execute designs for beautiful, crafted, and responsive websites, apps, and experiences.
• Develop compelling conceptual design directions and explorations.
• Collaborate with UX designers, writers, engagement leads, project managers, strategists, developers, and leadership (Design Studio approach).
• Build trusted relationships with clients and understand their needs.
• Pivot based on evolving requirements, timelines, and feedback.
• Contribute to the creative process through client meetings.
• Present work to clients, convert feedback into design direction, and make improvements.

Qualifications:

• Passion for digital experience look, feel, and interactivity.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to translate user/business needs into campaigns/updates.
• Proactive problem-solving with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication (written & verbal).
• Comfort in a client-facing role.
• Portfolio showcasing UI design ability, bringing brands to life on digital platforms.
• Experience: 3+ years as a UI professional, skilled in responsive interface design, leading UI design across multiple platforms, owning projects from start to finish, leading team sessions and presentations to clients.
• Skills: Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), PowerPoint, understanding of accessibility design issues, UX best practices, design systems.
