Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and improving user interfaces and user experiences for websites, apps, and digital products.
- Support WordPress website design, customization, and content management.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to effectively use AI tools for design, content, and ideation.
- Create engaging and visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts using Canva and design software.
- Collaborate with the marketing, and development teams to deliver user-friendly solutions.
- Stay updated with design trends, AI-powered tools, and new technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Qualifications:
- Educational background in Computer Science, IT, Design, or related fields.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and a strong creative mindset.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, customization).
- Understanding of AI tools and prompt engineering for design/content generation.
- Proficiency in Canva and basic graphic design tools.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Information:
- Shift Timings: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday), 8-hour shift.
- Candidates with prior experience will be given preference.
- Full-time positions offered for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and commitment.
- Not offering part-time opportunities.
- This role is intended for long-term engagement.
