Job Details
We’re building CrewVision, a dispatch and mapping platform. We’re hiring our first full-time, in-house designer to own product design end-to-end.
What You’ll Own
- Collaborate with our product team
- Design end-to-end UX
- Handle mobile + web, modals, transitions, and interactions
- Maintain a clean, scalable Figma system
- Manage your own design backlog and roadmap
- Collaborate with devs for accurate, efficient handoff
- Reference and migrate legacy Adobe XD files during onboarding
- Spot design gaps, UX friction, or inconsistencies

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design

- Comfortable managing your own design workflow, timeline, and scope
- Familiarity with Adobe XD and Creative Cloud
