Your Role:
- Demonstrate user-centered design principles and advocate for them internally.
- Build trust with clients.
- Find efficient tools and processes to enhance our work.
- Plan and facilitate research, workshops, and design activities.
- Define user interface behaviors using models, personas, storyboards, sitemaps, flowcharts, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, simulations, and service blueprints. Present these designs to clients.
- Translate customer insights into actionable design deliverables within deadlines.
- Develop design direction, UX guidelines, and processes.
- Collaborate with strategists, UI designers, writers, developers, and project managers to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Drive new ideas and effective communication strategies.
Your Skills:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user research, experience mapping, and prototyping skills.
- 5+ years of UX experience.
- Expertise in IA and digital interactive design, responsive web, and mobile applications.
- Project ownership experience.
- UX workshop facilitation experience.
- Research and data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
- Accessibility design considerations.
Bonus Skills:
- CMS design experience (Sitecore, Acquia).
- Agile process experience.
- Requirements gathering experience.
- Mobile app design experience.
