Areas of placement
Operations & Technology (O&T)
Supports product design across multiple business functions (Content Supply Chain, Tech Foundation, and Corporate Core).
UX Research
Exposure to design operations at an enterprise scale, including UX processes & design workflows. This role does not involve consumer-facing applications or consumer research.
Basic Requirements
- Actively enrolled in a degree-granting program during the entire duration of the program
- Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits)
- Presently authorized to work in the US
- Available to work 16-24 hours per week
- Work from a location within a U.S. state
- No work visa sponsorship required
- Active Social Security number
Desired Characteristics
- Junior or above class standing preferred
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- Working knowledge of FigJam and basic knowledge of Figma
- Experience with UX research methodologies and data analytics
- Familiarity with design systems (Material Design)
- Basic knowledge of Accessibility
- Portfolio of case studies (including research projects and writing samples)
- Enrolled in an academic program focused on UX Research, Human Computer Interaction, or equivalent
Hourly Rate
- Undergraduate: $30.00
- Graduate: $30.00
