As an Emerging Talent Intern, you can expect to be given the space and the opportunity to build upon your skills and knowledge, while contributing to critical work as part of a core team.
What you get to do:
- Participate in planning and facilitation, analysis and reporting on various research initiatives.
- Communicate your findings through artifacts such as presentations, personas, journeys, task analyses, etc. as needed for your core team.
- Partner closely with senior staff to help influence the product strategy and roadmaps with validated user research findings.
- Support design formative or summative validation through iterative usability testing.
Program Details:
- 6-month program
- Start Date: July 7, 2025
- End Date: December 12, 2025
- Full time
- 40 hrs/week

Seeking career changers and/or emerging talent:
We are looking for aspiring talent that has passion for UX research and design with minimal relevant job experience, and who is eager to learn! Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry. Self-taught, certification/bootcamp, and community college graduates from liberal arts and writing backgrounds, are highly encouraged to apply.

Required Skills:
- Ability to commit full-time during program dates.
- Pursuing to further your skills and learnings in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or other related fields.
- Some working, or project experience, applying research and/or design thinking.
- Knowledge of planning, developing and conducting User Research and Testing.
- Comfortable in a customer facing role.
- Knowledge of user interface design, usability evaluation techniques, perception, cognition, and experimental design.
- A go-getter, ambitious problem solver with a growth mindset.
Compensation:
For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $38 - $43/hr, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
