Who are we? We are a team of designers in Poland, with diverse backgrounds and a shared sense of humor. We cooperate, share knowledge, and support each other.
What will you do? You'll build a new enterprise-class hospitality product for prestigious clients, from the initial design concept to pixel-perfect delivery.
You will also create our Design System and collaborate with other designers to improve our existing product.
Whom are we looking for? We need a UX/UI Designer with at least 3 years of experience. You must have a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design, particularly for enterprise web platforms and mobile experiences.
Essential Skills:
- Fluent in written and spoken English (B2/FCE level)
- Proficient in Figma
- Experience creating design guidelines for digital products
- Ability to translate requirements into working functionality, considering technical limitations
- Research experience (A/B testing, user interviews, user testing) is a plus
