Job Details
We are looking for a talented and motivated UX/UI Designer to join our cross-functional team to shape the user experience of our applications.
Your contribution:
- Evaluate & Analyze: Assess the current user experience of existing applications, and identify opportunities for UX improvements.
- Collaborate: Work with product managers, developers, and other designers to define and create intuitive, modern user interfaces for mission-critical software applications.
- Design: Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma. Create graphic assets (icons, layouts, visual elements) using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- User Testing: Conduct user testing and usability reviews to ensure designs are effective. Iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Design System & Specifications: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a cohesive design system. Provide clear UX documentation and specifications for development teams.
- UI/UX Optimization: Ensure designs are visually compelling and align with user needs. Troubleshoot and optimize existing UI elements.
- Standards & Best Practices: Adhere to established design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility guidelines. Promote best practices within the team.
What We Expect from You:
- User-Centered Design: Experience with User-Centered Design (UCD) methodologies.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Design Proficiency: Proficient in Figma and Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Usability Expertise: Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in an international and flexible team environment.
What distinguishes you:
- UX/UI design experience in enterprise software or mission-critical applications.
- Experience in designing for web applications and desktop applications.
- Proven track record of creating polished UI/UX designs and visual assets.
- Experience conducting usability tests.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development environments.
