Job Details
Master Data Cleanup: Standardize and cleanse vendor master data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Data Collection: Gather and validate vendor information using structured templates and communication tools.
Database Cleansing & Management: Maintain and update the vendor database, ensuring integration with existing systems and compliance with standards.
Categorization: Organize and classify vendors based on predefined criteria to support strategic decision-making.
Required Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, strong proficiency in English, user-level MS Office skills (Excel/Outlook), ability to learn and adapt. Fluent English language knowledge, strong user level MS Office skills (Excel/MS Outlook).
Minimum Requirements: Ongoing studies at least until June 2025. Hungarian Scholarship is a MUST. Minimum 30-40 hours per week working availability. Flexible working conditions with remote work possibility (in-person presence is required from time to time).
