Job Details
Master Data Cleanup: Standardize, and cleanse vendor master data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Data Collection: Gather and validate vendor information using structured templates and communication tools.
Database Cleansing & Management: Maintain and update the vendor database, ensuring integration with existing systems and compliance with standards.
Categorization: Organize and classify vendors based on predefined criteria to support strategic decision-making.
Skills Required:
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Detail orientation.
- Fluent English AND German language knowledge.
- Strong user level MS Office skills (Excel /MS Outlook)
- Flexibility
- Ability to learn and adapt
Additional Requirements:
- Ongoing studies at least until January 2026
- Hungarian Scholarship is a MUST
Working Conditions:
- Minimum 20-30 hours per week working availability
- Flexible working conditions with remote work possibility (in-person presence is required from time to time)
