Intern Vendor Data Management Trainee (German)

Master Data Cleanup: Standardize, and cleanse vendor master data to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Data Collection: Gather and validate vendor information using structured templates and communication tools.

Database Cleansing & Management: Maintain and update the vendor database, ensuring integration with existing systems and compliance with standards.

Categorization: Organize and classify vendors based on predefined criteria to support strategic decision-making.

Skills Required:

• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Detail orientation.
• Fluent English AND German language knowledge.
• Strong user level MS Office skills (Excel /MS Outlook)
• Flexibility
• Ability to learn and adapt

Additional Requirements:

• Ongoing studies at least until January 2026
• Hungarian Scholarship is a MUST

Working Conditions:

• Minimum 20-30 hours per week working availability
• Flexible working conditions with remote work possibility (in-person presence is required from time to time)
