We are seeking a detail-oriented, hardworking, and team-focused Verification Specialist. Ensure accurate and timely background checks with high professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify employment, education, and references by contacting appropriate sources.
- Conduct 70+ professional calls daily.
- Gather information efficiently using phone, fax, and email.
- Research and retrieve data accurately from various websites and databases.
- Provide timely updates to clients on verification progress.
- Support team goals by completing additional tasks.
Experienced: Minimum 2+ years in call center or customer service, 1 year in office environment.
Educated or Experienced: College degree (Criminal Justice, Pre-Law, Paralegal, Journalism, Political Science - preferred) or 3+ years related experience.
Fast and Accurate: 50+ WPM with high accuracy typing.
Trustworthy: Able to pass security clearance for PERC.
