Full-Time Vertical CTO - Solution Architect

Solution Architect within our Vertical CTO team. Lead the architectural design & implementation of solutions tailored to specific industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with internal & external partners to define functional & non-functional requirements.
2. Communicate complex technical analyses & architectural designs to stakeholders.
3. Establish strong client relationships, including C-level executives, to secure solution approvals.
4. Lead client project teams throughout the lifecycle, ensuring effective execution & stakeholder satisfaction.
5. Mentor & develop Solution Engineers, promoting technical growth.
6. Ensure solutions meet client objectives & adhere to architectural best practices.
7. Support the delivery team & provide guidance on solution designs.
8. Manage proof-of-concept projects to validate solutions.
9. Drive cross-departmental collaboration to integrate diverse teams.
10. Assess & enhance client technologies, advocating for upgrades to improve performance, reliability, & security.
11. Champion process efficiencies & consistency.
12. Engage in pre-sales & post-sales activities to support comprehensive client engagements.
13. Evaluate & optimize cloud-based & on-premises systems, recommending modernization strategies.
14. Keep abreast of latest cloud-native technologies & provide implementation advice.
15. Articulate technical challenges & solutions effectively to both technical & non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of solution architecture experience in specific industry verticals.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures & major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Proven project delivery experience, solution estimation, & technical team leadership.
• Experience mentoring engineering talent & fostering innovation.
• Robust analytical skills & business analysis techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Commitment to innovation & excellence.
• Strong multitasking skills, adaptability, & attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel.
