Job Description:
This job description requires German language skills. We are looking for a sales assistant (m/f/d) for 20 to 30 hours per week to support our team in the financial sector with various office and management tasks.

Tasks:
- Planning, structuring and supporting all organizational and administrative tasks.
- Customer correspondence (written and verbal).
- Point of contact for new and existing customers.
- Preparing and following up on customer appointments.
- Supporting campaigns for existing customers.
- Carrying out evaluations and statistics on customer service.
- Contributing to customer value estimations.
- Taking the initiative in optimizing processes.
- Seeking information from business partners and product partners.
- Processing customer master data (e.g., address changes, cancellations).
- Supporting the planning of nationwide information events.
- Contributing to classic management tasks and creative projects.
- Preparing the monthly accounting for the tax advisor.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills: Self-motivated, structured work style, prioritizing tasks, ensuring timely and efficient completion of all tasks.
- Initiative: Proactive, demonstrating initiative in completing tasks, identifying tasks without waiting for instructions.

- Microsoft Office proficiency: Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create professional documents, complex spreadsheets and attractive presentations.
- Completed business training or studies: Completed business training or studies with relevant work experience.
- Willingness to learn and develop: Commitment to continuous skill development and embracing new challenges, aiming for a full-time position within 24 months.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, clearly and understandably expressing complex issues.
