Vice President – Client Services
Leads RPO service delivery teams across a portfolio of client accounts.
Ensures programs, projects, and account financials meet or exceed Cielo and client expectations.
Location: Remote (US only)

- Builds a high-performing team of client account leaders focused on exceeding client expectations.

- Develops teams across the portfolio, implementing talent assessment and succession planning.
- Builds strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
- Partners with internal teams and client leaders to ensure successful implementations.
- Conducts stakeholder analysis and understands Master Service Agreements.
- Holds regular client delivery review meetings, identifies service gaps, and develops improvement plans.
- Partners with the strategic account team for feedback and addresses concerns.
- Provides input into sales processes, including client needs analysis, presentations, and service articulation.
- Ensures strong client relationships and proactive touch points at all levels.
- Effectively handles client escalations and ensures escalation protocols are in place.
- Optimizes productivity across the portfolio and ensures service compliance.
- Reviews resources to maximize efficiency and addresses under/excess resourcing.
- Ensures transparent and reportable services, demonstrating value-add to clients.
- Supports change management and provides input into the annual budgeting process.
- Delivers credible forecasts of volume, revenue, and cost.
- Ensures financial targets are met or exceeded and implements necessary actions.
- Identifies financial risks and implements mitigation strategies.
- Conducts workforce planning, identifies needs and trends, and facilitates early resourcing solutions.
- Provides insights into account performance and client needs.
- Keeps current with system development and provides customer and internal insights.
- Introduces new system functionality to maximize customer value.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Leads a team of Senior Recruiters, Client Services Managers, Managers – Recruitment Enablement, Senior Client Services Managers, Directors – Client Services, Director – Operations, and Senior Directors – Client Services, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional growth.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field preferred
- Significant experience leading client delivery teams in RPO with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong senior-level relationships based on trust and confidence
- Experience managing financial performance
- Proven people management skills with experience in supervising, coaching, and mentoring
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and use data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team player able to work across all levels
- High level of self-organization and prioritization; excellent attention to detail
