Vice President – Client Services
Lead RPO service delivery teams across client accounts, ensuring program, project, and account financials meet or exceed expectations.
Location: Remote for candidates with US work authorization.
Language: Fluent English.

- Build high-performing client account leaders focused on exceeding client expectations.
- Establish performance standards and goals, assess progress, address gaps.
- Coach leaders, focusing on development and career growth.
- Develop teams, implement talent assessment and succession planning.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships.
- Partner with internal teams and client leaders for successful implementations.
- Understand Master Service Agreements, formal/informal agreements, and Statements of Work.
- Hold regular client delivery reviews, identify gaps, and develop improvement plans.
- Collaborate with strategic account team, address concerns.
- Provide input to the sales process, including client needs analysis and sales presentations.
- Ensure Customer teams maintain strong, proactive relationships with clients.
- Handle client escalations, ensure escalation protocols are in place.
- Optimize productivity across the portfolio.
- Ensure service compliance and auditability.
- Maximize resource efficiency, address under/excess resourcing.
- Ensure transparent, reportable client services and demonstrable value add.
- Support effective change management.
- Contribute to annual budgeting process.
- Forecast volume, revenue, and cost.
- Meet or exceed financial targets, implement corrective actions.
- Identify financial risks, implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct workforce planning for needs and trends.
- Provide insights on performance and client needs.
- Stay current on system development, provide customer and internal insights.
- Ensure new system functionality maximizes customer value.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Lead a team of Senior Recruiters, Client Services Managers, etc., providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional growth.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Significant RPO client delivery experience, building strong senior-level relationships.
- Proven experience managing financial performance.
- Excellent people management skills, experience in supervising, coaching, and mentoring.
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Data analysis and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and team collaboration.
- High self-organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
