Part-Time Video Editor

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team in the Philippines.

As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw footage into compelling, visually stunning video productions that captivate our audience and meet our clients' needs.

1. Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, high-quality productions.
2. Cut, splice, and synchronize video and audio clips with precision.
3. Apply transitions, titles, sound effects, and color corrections to enhance visual appeal.
4. Create and implement graphics and special effects to elevate video content.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals and creative vision are met.
6. Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the production process.
7. Continuously refine and update video content based on feedback from colleagues and clients.
8. Meet tight deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging video editing techniques.
10. Contribute innovative ideas to improve our video production processes.
11. Proven work experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills and creativity.
12. Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software, including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.
13. Strong understanding of color grading, chroma keying, audio mixing, and video output formats.
14. Excellent attention to detail and artistic skills.
15. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
16. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
17. (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or related field.
18. (Preferred) Experience editing and recording video and audio podcasts.
19. (Preferred) Knowledge of graphic design.
20. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
21. Passion for staying current with the latest video editing trends and techniques.
22. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
