Part-Time Video Editor

We are looking for a longterm experienced Video Editor who is an expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, with knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, to edit short-form and long-form video content for our clients and my personal brand.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a go-getter mindset, capable of producing high-quality video content independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form content for clients, including social media clips and promotional videos.

• Edit short-form content for my personal brand, focusing on storytelling and creating engaging clips.

• Edit long-form YouTube videos for my personal brand, ensuring a cohesive and polished final product.

• Occasionally edit long-form content for clients, such as event highlights and documentary-style videos.

• Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets our high standards.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

• Continuously stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in video editing and social media.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve.

• Ability to edit videos specifically tailored for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

• Experience editing YouTube content, understanding the platform’s best practices.

• Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative.

• Ability to produce high-quality video content under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with color grading in DaVinci Resolve.

• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation.

• Knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
