Responsibilities

1. Enters patient information into the computer system accurately and timely.
2. Prepares reports as requested by management.
3. Communicates effectively with staff.
4. Keeps records of payments, co-pays, prior-authorizations, etc.
5. Evaluates and processes expense reports.
6. Maintains accurate vendor records.
7. Analyzes data for errors.
8. Reports problems found with data.

Education and Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 3+ years of data entry experience
• Maintains confidentiality regarding financial matters
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong verbal, written, and typing skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
• Personable, professional, and polished
• Ability to work in a high-paced, high-volume data entry environment
