Contractor Virtual Graphic Designer

• Develop and produce visually compelling graphics for a variety of formats including print, digital, social media, email campaigns, and event collateral.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines.
• Conceptualize and execute design solutions for campaigns, promotions, internal projects, and external communications.

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Media Production Specialist, and other team members to develop creative concepts and visual strategies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet design needs and timelines across various projects.

• Prepare print-ready files and oversee production of printed materials.
• Design digital assets for web banners, social media posts, email templates, and presentations.

• Create basic motion graphics or animations for digital campaigns, if within skill set.
• Collaborate with the media production team on video assets, providing graphic overlays or branding elements as needed.

• Review and proof all designs for errors before printing or publishing.
• Ensure compliance with branding standards.

• Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and project files for easy accessibility and reuse.
• Manage version control and proper file formatting for web, print, and presentations.

• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Provide fresh ideas and creative solutions to elevate the visual impact of our brand.

• Attend corporate in-person trainings as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects preferred).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain design concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of current design trends and technologies.
• Must speak English and Spanish fluently.
