Job Details
We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to visually communicate our brand identity across digital and traditional channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop graphics for print, digital, social media, and email campaigns.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines.
- Conceptualize design solutions for campaigns and projects.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and team members.
- Prepare print-ready files and manage digital assets.
- Create basic motion graphics if applicable.
- Review designs for errors and ensure compliance.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets.
- Stay updated with design trends and technologies.
- Attend corporate in-person trainings as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles and typography.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus.
- Must speak English and Spanish fluently.
Work at home settings:
- Computer: Windows 10, Intel i5 (8th Gen+) or 2ghz and 8 cores, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD or macOS 11 (Big Sur+), Apple M1 or Intel i5, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD.
- Display: Full HD (1920x1080)
- Network: Wired Ethernet preferred; 5 GHz Wi-Fi acceptable. 30 Mbps download, 15 Mbps upload. Latency: Under 100 m.
- Noise-canceling headset and 720p webcam.
