Job Details
This is a full-time, independent contractor position at 40 hours per week. Virtual Assistant responsibilities will vary.
- Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls.
- Taking and delivering messages.
- Logging phone calls and uploading documents.
- Assisting with clerical tasks.
- Maintaining communication with clients.
- Obtaining and verifying insurance information.
- Following up on medical treatment progress.
- Requesting medical records and billing information.
- Communicating with insurance companies.
- Performing other administrative and case support duties.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Willingness to work overtime.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive and resourceful.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Work-from-Home Minimum Requirements:
- Computer: Windows or Mac
- Display: Full HD (1920x1080)
- Network: Wired Ethernet preferred; 5 GHz Wi-Fi acceptable
- Internet Speed: 30 Mbps download, 15 Mbps upload
- Other: Noise-canceling headset, 720p webcam
