Our Law Firm The Ward Law Group is currently hiring Virtual Legal Records Demands Specialist (REMOTE). Training is provided- (NO PRIOR LEGAL EXPERIENCE NEEDED).Virtual Assistant job. Works from home. Contract position as independent contractor, offering full-time employment (40 hours/week).

Requirements:

• Experience in sales and customer service
• Adaptable to change and fast-paced environments
• Ability to work independently
• Schedule availability: 40 hours/week, 2 days off
• Responsibilities:

• Maintaining frequent communication with clients, answering questions
• Collecting medical records, bills, and supporting documentation for demand packages to insurance companies
• Consistent follow-up via phone and email to ensure timely processing of requests
• Requesting medical records and bills via email, fax, and mail
• Contacting medical providers and adjusters to follow up on requests
• Paying invoices for medical records/bills, documenting expenses
• Reviewing records/bills for accuracy, requesting amendments if needed

Salary:

• First 3 months: $550 base pay + $63/package commission
• After 3 months: $63/package commission only

Qualifications and Skills:

• Fluent English and Spanish speakers
• Detailed-oriented and meticulous
• Computer (Desktop or Laptop) Core i5 or above, 12 GB RAM, Windows 10+
• Noise-canceling USB headset
• Webcam
• 35Mbps download/15Mbps upload internet speed
• Commitment to occasional overtime
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Resourceful and proactive problem-solving
• Self-starter and multitasker
• Ability to work independently
