GP Strategies Government Solutions has an immediate need for a Part-Time Virtual Training Producer. This is a part-time, remote position and the hours can vary from week to week depending on the classes.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical coordination and support before and during the virtual classroom session.
- Operation of the virtual classroom technical platform to deliver classes.
- Produce VILT sessions including managing interactive tools, answering learner questions, creating and distributing links, troubleshooting issues, taking attendance, managing chat, advancing slides, supporting facilitator with activities.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer client service skills and a technical aptitude.
- Technical knowledge of WebEx, MS Teams, Zoom or similar Training platform.
- Ability to provide high quality operational and communication capabilities.
- Ability to provide technical support to students joining the session one hour before class.
- Respond to all non-urgent items related to scheduled class sessions in less than 24 hours.
