POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Program Manager, the Virtual Website Assistant (VWA) provides website, webinar, and training support for GACRS and Families First programs. This part-time position requires knowledge of GACRS and other program websites.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manages the day-to-day tasks of the GACRS website.
- Updates the GACRS website with training events, resources, news, and other content.
- Completes email reminders and Zoom links for trainings.
- Creates satisfaction survey forms.
- Works with the Resource Advisor Specialist on technology and data management.
- Serves as the point of contact for specific platforms (Zoom, Mail Chimp, etc.).
- Maintains statistical data for monthly reports.
- Updates the GACRS training calendar.
- Develops webinar flyers and presentations.
- Provides Zoom login information to participants.
- Manages pre- and post-tests for NTDC.
- Completes training reports and supports training certificates.
- Archives webinar presentations on Vimeo.
- Supports website needs as needed.
- Provides administrative support to Partners in Parenting as needed.
- Uploads, formats, adds, and prepares website content.
- Develops announcements via MailChimp/Constant Contact.
- Maintains a positive work environment.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attends agency and departmental meetings.
- Works a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends).
- Utilizes social media for outreach.
- Completes assigned administrative tasks.
COMPETENCIES: Strong communication skills (written and verbal), multitasking, prioritization, document creation, understanding of ethical conduct (confidentiality, HIPAA), cultural sensitivity, analytical skills, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, organizational skills, meeting deadlines. Bachelor's or Associate degree with website content management skills and experience preferred.
Minimum Requirements: Minimum 3 years of website experience in the non-profit child welfare/family services field. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel to Families First for meetings.
