They collaborate with the Store Management team to maximize sales, coach, and identify new talent. The VM's create inspiring stores and the best shopping experience for customers and colleagues. Reports to the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure visual team follows visual identity guidelines, business needs, and budget.
- Lead the store team for high-quality, commercial garment presentation.
- Quality assure timely launch and maintenance of sales campaigns according to H&M standards and optimize for the store.
- Follow up, evaluate, and provide feedback on sales KPIs to the management team, initiating changes to improve the business.
- Execute and ensure store visual recruitment and succession within the store team with the Store Manager.
