Full-Time Web Designer

We're seeking a Web Designer to fully own projects from concept to final polish.

Ideal candidate: 3-5 years of hands-on web design experience, obsessed with craft, and eager to design websites that impress.

Responsibilities:

• Design modern, conversion-optimized websites for B2B SaaS and tech companies.
• Transform complex screenshots into beautiful product visuals showcasing client solutions.
• Take full ownership of client design projects, from brief to handoff.
• Design with attention to detail (spacing, colors, typography, layout).
• Design with motion in mind (smooth transitions and micro-interactions).
• Collaborate closely with Marina & Ben to bring designs to life in Webflow.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years experience designing marketing websites (ideally for SaaS or digital products).
• Excellent typographic and graphic design skills.
• Strong design taste (understanding of aesthetics and functionality).
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Bonus: Adobe Suite and AI tools proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Fluency in English; German skills a plus.
