Full-Time Web Designer

Wing Assistant provides dedicated remote talent to entrepreneurs. We are expanding our web team with a Web Designer who brings clean design, excellent execution, and a strong sense of ownership.

As a Web Designer at Wing Assistant, you will design and build website pages, landing pages, and marketing collateral. This role blends visual design + web implementation. This is a role for someone who understands that good design is not just about visuals - but clarity, hierarchy, persuasion, and intent.

• Web & Landing Page Design: Design and build new pages and landing pages in WordPress, Webflow, and Framer.
• Improve existing pages for clarity.
• Maintain the design system.
• Ensure responsive, mobile-first execution.
• Sales Enablement & Brand Design: Design sales collateral such as pitch decks and case studies.
• Create visual assets for outbound campaigns.
• Develop brand-consistent graphics, banners, and icons.
• Performance & Iteration: Apply insights from analytics.
• Implement testing-oriented design changes.
• Ensure all output is polished.

• 2-5 years of experience in web design + web implementation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clean UI and typography discipline
• Proficiency in Figma, Webflow, WordPress, Framer.
• Comfort adjusting HTML/CSS when needed.
• Understanding of UX fundamentals.
• Ability to collaborate, accept feedback, and iterate quickly.

• Experience working in B2B SaaS.
• CRO / analytics experience.
• Animation or micro-interactions.
• Basic SEO awareness.
• Experience supporting sales teams.
