Full-Time Web Developer

Responsibilities

• Communication - Collaborates with stakeholders, offering advice and guidance to ensure content is effectively positioned for Bank associates. Ensures brand integrity and standards are maintained.
• Data and Performance Reporting - Collects, manages, and converts raw data into organized datasets to conduct research and analysis to understand channel audience needs. Produces reports based on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities. Uses analytics software and data visualization tools to develop quantitative reporting on web statistics, and to identify areas of improvement.
• Operational Support - Assists in the creation, collection, and publication of site content and materials via the Intranet. Offers stakeholders elevated service through thoughtful innovative design, workflow and guidance. Assists cross-departmental content publishers as part of the Bank's federated content publishing model to ensure quality and integrity.
• Technical Support - Corresponds with internal clients in a timely manner to resolve technical issues and concerns. Assists in continuous performance monitoring and enhancement efforts for the Intranet. Collaborates with Information Technology partners to keep the Intranet's user experience running optimally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Web Development or Web Design

OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Web Development or Web Design

Preferred:

• Current contractor/contingent worker for First Citizens Bank
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
