Full-Time Website Developer & Manager

We are seeking a versatile Website Developer & Manager with proficiency in HTML and strong technical writing skills.

This role combines website creation, maintenance, and optimization with developing comprehensive technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
• Collaborate with design teams to implement user-friendly layouts and ensure visual consistency.
• Ensure mobile-friendliness, accessibility, and website optimization for performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug website and web application issues.
• Oversee website hosting, domain management, and maintenance.
• Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to suggest improvements.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation (user guides, FAQs, system manuals, release notes).
• Write clear and concise instructions for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Create and maintain internal documentation for development processes and technologies.
• Assist with API documentation and other technical resources.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to gather technical details and translate them into organized written content.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, development).
• Provide regular project updates, address potential delays, and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Website Developer, Front-End Developer, or similar.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Experience with website management platforms (WordPress, Joomla, etc.) and version control systems (Git).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, technical documentation experience.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CMS (Content Management Systems) like WordPress, Drupal.
• Experience with web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Experience with cloud services and web hosting (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
