Job Summary

We are seeking passionate, wellness-minded individuals to help clients plan personalized wellness retreats and rejuvenating travel experiences. As a Wellness Trip Planner, you'll assist travelers in selecting relaxing destinations, retreats, and holistic travel packages that align with their well-being goals.

This remote position is ideal for those who value work flexibility, customer interaction, and the chance to contribute to others' self-care and wellness journeys through travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning wellness-focused travel experiences, including spa retreats, yoga getaways, eco-lodges, and peaceful destinations
• Research travel options using approved supplier tools and software
• Match clients with travel experiences that support relaxation, healing, and mindfulness
• Maintain organized records of client preferences, reservations, and communications
• Follow up with travelers to ensure satisfaction and assist with any adjustments
• Share knowledge on wellness destinations, trends, and available packages
• Provide excellent virtual customer service via email, phone, or video

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic about wellness, travel, and helping others
• Organized and capable of handling multiple bookings and client needs
• Comfortable using computers and online systems
• Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or desktop
• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous experience in travel or wellness is a plus, but not required
