This role leads the integration workstream of a global HRIS project for Europe, integrating Workday with HR, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, and third-party apps.
Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Leadership: Provide Workday integration expertise.
- Project Oversight: Manage integration from discovery to implementation.
- Requirement Gathering: Define integration needs with stakeholders.
- Integration Design & Development: Architect and implement Workday integrations.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Oversee testing and defect resolution.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and security.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business owners, IT, project managers, and vendors.
- Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain specifications and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Workday Integration Technologies: Deep knowledge of PECI, Workday Studio, HCM, Recruiting, and Payroll connectors.
- Technical Acumen: Strong knowledge of cloud computing, APIs, and integration challenges.
- Project Management: Manage project lifecycles and timelines.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of HR and Finance processes.
